New Belgium Beer Garden

Rules of the Beer Garden

 

• Beer is $8 each

• Beer may be purchased (2) at a time per person

• Beverages may not be taken outside of the beer garden

• Admittance to the Beer Garden is granted only to those 21 years of age and older

• Accepted ID's must include the holder's birthday

• Valid ID's include: 

  • valid driver's licenses

  • military ID cards

  • government issued photo ID cards

  • passports

• All beer tickets are non-refundable

• Please be patient while waiting in line

• Individuals will be escorted from the festival and will be subject to prosecution if:

  • they provide alcohol to a minor

  • attempt to use a fake ID

  • or if they are intoxicated

• Patrons will be served at staff's discretion

• Patrons who appear to be intoxicated will be escorted out of the Beer Garden

• Please drink and act responsibly
